Do we ship to military addresses?

Yes, we do! We're happy to support our military and diplomatic customers, and we frequently ship to military installations.

Addresses for military and diplomatic locations usually include abbreviations like APO, FPO, DPO, or AE. To make sure your order gets to you without any delays, please double-check that your shipping address is entered correctly.

If the address is incorrect, there’s a chance the package could be returned to us or even get lost in transit. We really want to avoid that, so taking a moment to review the details is important.

If a package does come back to us and we’re unable to reach you to confirm the correct address, we’ll go ahead and cancel the order and issue a full refund—no worries there.

When will specific items be restocked?

Restock timing depends on the popularity of the item. If an item has sold out but doesn't have high demand, we may choose to discontinue it. However, if you're interested in a specific piece, feel free to message us—we may be able to produce a small quantity just for you.

For more popular items, we generally aim to restock within about a month.

How will I be notified about new and restocked items?

Are all your patches hook and loop?

Yes, all our patches are hook and loop.

I have an anime character that I'd like to see featured—can it be turned into a design?

While we can't make any definitive promises, we’d be happy to discuss the idea with you and explore ways to bring your concept to life.

What if something is wrong with my order?

What if I entered my shipping address incorrectly?

If you believe you've entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us via the chat box on our homepage or by emailing your correct address to contact@otakuops.com. We'll update your information before processing your shipment.

To avoid any delays, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details for any spelling errors before completing your order. If we detect an invalid address, we will reach out to you directly via email. Please be sure to check your junk or spam folder just in case.

If we’re unable to contact you due to an incorrect address, we will hold your order until we receive your updated information.

Once your order has shipped, we won’t be able to update the address. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, you may need to contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. For this reason, it’s important to carefully review your shipping information before finalizing your order.

How long does it take to ship out my order?

For our current schedule, we aim to finalize and drop off any weekday orders placed before 3 PM PST at the post office the same day.

Orders placed over the weekend are typically dropped off on Monday—or Tuesday if Monday is a federal holiday.

Once the package has been handed off to USPS or UPS, the shipping time may vary depending on their processing and delivery timelines

Why is international shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately, international shipping rates are set by the carriers (USPS/UPS), and we don’t have control over their pricing.

The most cost-effective option we offer is USPS First Class Package International, which has a flat rate of $20.
