- For all domestic orders within the United States, we use USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping costs may vary depending on the package weight and the distance between local distribution zones.
- For international orders outside of the United States, we offer several shipping methods provided by USPS, UPS, and DHL.
- For military installations, shipping time may vary depending on whether the post is located within CONUS or OCONUS. Please save the tracking information from the confirmation email for status updates.
- The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays).
3. Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship within the North America (United States).
- For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress.
5. Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
- Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.
6. Delivery Issues:
- If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
- If the package is lost or delivered to the wrong address due to an error made by the carrier, we may not be able to recover the item. In such cases:
Reshipment Option: If the package has been returned to us due to package misplaced by the delivery service provider, we can reship it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee.
Refund or Replacement Option: If the package cannot be retrieved or reshipped, we can discuss options for a replacement or partial refund for the lost item. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any associated reshipment fees.
- In the event of a package lost by the carrier or stolen package, we will begin investigating within 48 hours with the carrier to locate your order or provide a refund or replacement, based on your preference and item availability.
7. Address Accuracy:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. To help avoid delivery issues, double-check all shipping details, including apartment numbers, street names, city, state, zip code, etc.
If you realize there is an issue with your shipping address after placing the order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We’ll do our best to assist you before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address, so we strongly encourage you to verify all details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

- If your order has already shipped to an incorrect address, unfortunately, we are unable to redirect the shipment ourselves. However, we recommend contacting the carrier directly (e.g., UPS, FedEx) to inquire about redelivery or rerouting the package to the correct address. Please note that the ability to redirect or intercept the package depends on the carrier and is not always guaranteed. To avoid this issue, we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your order.
